Working with Doctors
When you select an HMO plan, you need to choose a primary care provider (PCP) to coordinate your care. Your PCP will refer you to other specialists in your HMO plan's network.
When you see out-of-network providers, you will pay the full cost of your care, except in cases of emergencies. To find a new provider online or check to see if your provider is part of your network, select from one of the options below:
